After booking you will be contacted by our local provider to schedule the time for the yoga class. Recommended start time is around 9-10am before the heat sets in or later in the evening around 5pm. Middle of the day times are much more difficult to accommodate May thru September due to heat and beach traffic.
No! If your class is at the beach, just bring a beach towel to use as a mat. If your class is at your vacation rental, we will bring mats for your group (max 12).
Wear whatever is comfortable for you! Some clients like to wear traditional yoga clothes, while others lean-in to the beach vibe and wear swimsuits/cover-ups.
We recommend bringing a water bottle and a hat/sunglasses. As for sunscreen, careful not to apply too much right before class. In the heat, combined with a little sweat, it can drip and get in your eyes. Ouch.
The yoga class is suited for all ability levels! There is always variations of different poses to suit your skill level. This class, unless requested otherwise, is about relaxation and rejuvenation and therefore you don’t need to be mentally preparing for a challenging workout or anything like that.
