Where are you located?

We have a crew on the beach on the East side of the Folly Beach Fishing Pier (left side of the pier if facing the ocean!) where we set up plenty of comfy beach chairs and umbrellas for daytrippers and vacationers nearby.

If you have a vacation rental home on Folly we can set them up on the beach by your house! Make your reservation now!

How do I find my rental the day of?

If you have rented an oceanfront house, they will be located right outside waiting for you with your name posted on it.

If your house is not oceanfront, but a back row house on the island, they will be set up at the closest beach access to you with your name posted on it.

If you are coming for the day the chairs will be set up at the pier location at the 2East Beach Access at 200 East Arctic Ave. We are to the left of the pier if you’re facing the ocean. Check in with our crew at our Rental Hut at the beach access, or on the beach, closer towards the pier look for the orange flag. They will direct you to your items!

If you are staying at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas, OceanPointe Villas, or a rental address between 104 to 210 on the WEST side of Folly, your items will be set up at the 3W beach access. Click here to get a map of the area!

If you are staying at the Tides hotel or Pavilion Watch we will set you up at our Pier Location.

What if I am staying at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas, Pavilion Watch, OceanPointe Villas, Pavilion Watch or the Tides Hotel?

We cannot set up right in front of the Tides Hotel or the Charleston Oceanfront Villas.

If you are staying in the Charleston Oceanfront Villas, or OceanPointe Villas we set your items up at the 3W Beach Access. Click here to get a map of the area!

For Tides Hotel guests, Pavilion Watch and Pier Pointe Villa guests, we are a 30 second walk just underneath the pier to the left-if facing the ocean. People love being able to get away from the super crowded area and have a more chill atmosphere. Your set up location is at our Pier Location.

Can we go to lunch and come back to our chairs?

Yes, of course! If you are at the Pier Location, just let our crew know. It helps to leave a towel or something so other people know they are occupied. The reservations are non-transferable. Once your group leaves for the day we must pick them up immediately.

What are the hours for rentals?

Rentals are available daily from 9:30 AM to 5 PM.

You can pay extra to get your items earlier at 8:30 AM with our Early Bird option, or during applicable times of the year you can pay extra for our Twilight service, which gives you an extra hour or two to enjoy your rentals at the end of the day.

Should we reserve ahead of time?

Absolutely! These spots are very popular so please reserve early, by paying online or by phone.

We get out very early to secure the best waterfront spaces for you! Have the peace of mind knowing you don’t have to fight for a spot in the sand!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Online we take Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover and all major credit cards!

For walk-up sales we can take cash, card, CashApp, or Apple Pay.

We do not accept Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal.

Do you charge a fee to set up the chairs and umbrellas?

Nope! Setup of your rental is free. We set up rental items at or above the high tide line.


What is your cancellation policy?

Upon booking you are acknowledging and accepting the risks as it relates to inclement weather due to the nature of this business as an outdoor-only service. All cancellation requests MUST be submitted to

Cancellations or changes made 48 hours or more prior to service start time (9:30am) will receive a refund less an automatic 25% cancellation/change fee. Cancellation requests or date change requests submitted 24 to 48 hours prior to service start time (9:30am) will be available in the form of a credit to be used for a future day, expiring 2 years from issue date. Cancellation requests less than 24 hours prior to service start time are non-refundable regardless of weather conditions or any other circumstance.

Can I rent a single chair or umbrella?


If you want a single chair it will be set up at our pier location. We cannot deliver chairs without an umbrella.

We can deliver single umbrellas. However, if your rental address is past 1409 East Ashley Avenue then there is a $45 order minimum. We have a set of two umbrellas for $45 that will give you twice the shade!
